Garrison, 88, of Palmer Township, PA, formerly of Holland Township, NJ passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Old Orchard Health Care Center in Bethlehem Township, PA. Born: She was born in West Portal, NJ on December 24, 1924 to the late William C. and Ida Dilts Apgar. Personal: Joyce at one time worked for the Army Depot during WWII. She retired from Koh-I-Noor, Inc. in Bloomsbury, NJ where she was secretary in the purchasing department. Joyce was a graduate of Hampton High School and was very active as an alum attending each reunion. Enjoyed crafts, bingo and crocheting afghans. Memberships: Joyce was a member of Finesville United Methodist Church, Finesville, NJ. Survivors: Joyce is survived by sons, Stanley P. Garrison and his wife, Judy of Phillipsburg and Dennis L. Garrison and his wife, Donna of Easton, PA; a daughter, Diane J. Moser of Easton; 8 Grandchildren; and 15 Great-Grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Paul S. Garrison; son, William E. Garrison; brothers, Willis, Nahum, Floyd, Edgar, and William Apgar, Jr.; and a sister, Mildred Gaylord. Services: for Joyce will be private at the convenience of the family.
