TURNER, Joyce age 56; of Springboro, OH; went home to be with the Lord
on Monday September 22, 2008 at her residence. Joyce was born in Dayton,
OH on August 24, 1952 to Bert and Betty Louise (Peyton) Lakes. She was a
devout Christian and was a servant to the elderly and her church. Joyce
was an avid pianist and vocalist of Southern Gospel music singing with her
family for many years. Joyce is survived by her husband of 39 years Larry
G. Turner; 2 children Rebecca L. Jackson of Miamisburg and L. Jonathan
Turner of Carlisle; grandchildren Thomas J. Jackson, Christian S. Jackson,
and J. Bryce Turner; her parents Bert and Betty L. Lakes of Carlisle;
sisters Cathy and Janice and a host of other relatives. The family would
like to give special thanks to Dorothy, Garry and Sue, Linda, Juanita and
Rick, and many others. Funeral services are Friday September 26, 2008 at
10am at Anderson Funeral Home 40 N. Main St Springboro, OH with Pastor
Kenneth Peyton. Burial will be in Springboro Cemetery. Visitation will be
