KAREN E. COLLISHAW Lake Park, Fla. Formerly of Haverstraw, N.Y. Karen E.
Collishaw entered into rest October 29, 2002 at Good Samaritan Hospital,
West Palm Beach, Fla. She was 55. She retired from the Social Security
Administration, having worked in the Spring Valley office before moving
to Florida in 1969. Karen was an avid photographer and was known for her
seascapes, showing under the name K-Sea. She was very active in the CYO
Girl's Basketball Program while residing in Rockland. Survivors include
her sister, Bernadette Lake of Middletown, N.Y.; George, her brother,
and his wife, Mary Alice, of New City, N.Y.; also, nephew, Dr. Gary Lake
and his wife, Debra, of Port Jervis, N.Y.; niece, Bernadette Stevens
and her husband, Daniel, of Middletown; nephew, Brendan Collishaw of New
City, N.Y.; and numerous grandnephews and nieces. Her parents, George E.
and Bernadette Farrell Collishaw predeceased her. There will be a Mass of
Christian Burial at St. Peter's Church, Haverstraw, at 12 p.m., Saturday,
November 16. A committal service will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery. In
lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations to be made to the American
Lung Association. Arrangements were made by the All County Funeral Home,
Lake Worth, Fla.
