Karla Diane Davis 61, died April 3, 2006, in Beulah.
She was born on March 21, 1945 in CaF1on City, Co. to Herman and Margaret
Lakey.  She is survived by her children, Tobin Howell of CaF1on City
and Danielle Cover of Duluth, MN; sister, Eileen Lakey of CaF1on City;
granddaughters, Haley Howell and Chantelle Scevers of Kansas City, KS;
niece, Lisa (Greg) Glab and nephew, Greg Mehle; three great nephews,
Dustin, Joey and Nathan; good friend Katherine Cook and numerous aunts,
uncles and cousins.  Karla loved the Lord. She was a very caring, giving
person, a beloved mother and wonderful grandmother.  She touched the
lives of many people through her dedicated care as a CNA in CaF1on City,
Westcliffe and Beulah. She will be greatly missed by all.  A memorial
service will be held at the Grandview Baptist Church in Beulah, Colorado
at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 8, 2006. Dinner to follow.
