Kattie Ann (Lake) Malm  Katt came into our lives December 29, 1975 in
San Diego, CA and left us unexpectedly August 15, 2002 in Salt Lake
City. She was the fifth of eight children born to Elizabeth and Arthur
Lake. On Feb 13, 1998 she married the love of her life, Shawn Malm,
and on Oct 4th of the same year she gave birth to her little miracle,
Shayla Marie. She is survived by her husband, daughter, parents, seven
brothers and sisters, and 12 nieces and nephews whom she adored. She was
preceded in death by two nephews; and her son, Alex, whose death she never
stopped mourning. Her love of life is going to be sorely missed by all
of those who knew her. Memorial services will be Aug 23, 2002, 12 noon,
Valley View Funeral Home Chapel, 4335 W. 4100 S, where family will receive
friends one hour prior to services. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
