Kenneth Leon Lake of Martinsburg, W.Va., went to be with the Lord on
Friday, Feb. 12, 2010, at City Hospital in Martinsburg. He had a fondness
for the outdoors and a great love of gardening. He was a selfless and
tireless volunteer in the area and had dedicated countless hours to the
Martinsburg VA Hospital.

Born in Bogota, N.J. to the late Leon Lake, he is survived by his mother,
Marge Lake, of Martinsburg, W.Va., his son, Kenneth Michael Lake, of
New York, N.Y., and his brother, Gerald Roger Lake, of Oak Ridge, N.J.

Military graveside services will be held at George Washington Memorial
Park Cemetery, 234 Paramus Road, Paramus, N.J., on Wednesday, Feb. 17. The
family requests the omission of flowers and asks that memorial donations
be made to Independent Bible Church, 2306 Hedgesville Road, Martinsburg,
W.Va. 25403.  Local arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home.
