RUSH CENTER - Kizzy M. Taylor, 33, died Sept. 3, 2010, at her home in Rush
Center. She was born June 17, 1977, to David Lee and Kimberly Shaw Lake.

Survivors include: her parents; a son, William Potts; a daughter, Malia
Potts; a brother, Alexander Lake; a sister, Jasmine Berger; and maternal
grandmother, Betty Shaw. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service
will be at a later date.
