LAKE, Lena Amine (nee Sherwood) 
Peacefully, at home with her family by  her side, on Monday, November 8,
2004, after a lengthy illness. Beloved wife of  Bob for 63 years. Devoted
mother of Joan and Robert. Sister of Gertrude and her  husband Ira,
Charles and his wife Nina. Predeceased by her sisters Cora, Nida  and
Bertha, and brothers Lloyd, George, Robert and Ralph. The family will
receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL,
1403 Bayview  Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 7-9 p.m. on
Wednesday, November  10th and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, November
11th. A service will be held in  the chapel at one o'clock on Friday,
November 12th. Interment York Cemetery. If  desired, donations may be
made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 1920 Yonge  Street, 4th Floor,
Toronto M4S 3E2 or The Arthritis Society, 393 University  Avenue, Suite
1700, Toronto M5G 1E6.
