Leontine Marie Lake
Oct. 22, 1915 - Dec. 1, 2004

Leontine Marie Lake, age 89, of Alma, went to be with her Lord and Savior
on Wednesday, December 1, 2004 at Laurels of Mt.  Pleasant.

Her funeral services will be held Saturday, December 4th at 11a.m.
at Lux-Moody-Wolfel Funeral Home, Alma with Rev. Keith Wise of the
St. Louis Church of Christ officiating.  Interment will be in Riverside
Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Friday from 204 & 7-9 p.m.

Leontine was born October 22, 1915 in Alma the daughter of Bert and
Blanche (Richard) Taft.  She was married to Robert Lake on October 20,
1944 in Gratiot County.  For many years she was a member of the First
Church of God in Alma.  Leontine loved animals and enjoyed sewing,
crocheting, gardening, cooking and doing craft.

She is survived by two sons, John (Karen) Lake of Alma and Kevin (Debbie)
Lake of Alma.  One daughter, Susanne (Bill) Peach of Alma. 6 grandchildren
and 3 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lake, grandson, John
Lake Jr., two sisters, Pearl Britton and Wanita Anderson and two brothers,
Howard and Harold Taft.
