PAMPA - Lloyd Chuck Lake, 68, died Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Hillcrest Cemetery in
McLean with the Rev. Matthew McCurley, pastor of First Baptist Church
of Canadian, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral
Directors of Pampa.

Mr. Lake was born Nov. 16, 1945, in Avena Township, Ill. He had been a
resident of Pampa since 1973.

Survivors include three daughters, Linda McMullen of Pampa, Connie Franks
of Canadian and Sharon Taft of Dumas; five brothers, Boyd Lake of Kentucky
and Calvin Lake, Roger Lake, Justin Lake and Gary Lake, all of Illinois;
and a sister, Kaye Withrow of Illinois.

The family suggests memorials be to American Cancer Society, in care of
Gerry Caylor, 2130 N. Charles St., Pampa, TX 79065.
