LONNIE KISHPAUGH, SR. Members of the Association of Retired Police
Officers of D.C. are notified of the passing of Brother Lonnie Kishpaugh,
Sr. on December 11, 2008. He was a Lieutenant with the Metropolitan
Police Department-Third District when retired on October 22, 1988. Gary
