Lucile Hayden, 96, died Friday at Hurstbourne Care Centre at Stony
Brook. She was the former Lucile Lake; a native of Lebanon; a retired
clerk for Monarch Mercury car dealership; a self-employed seamstress;
a former secretary for the old Manorview Corp. and for Skylark and
Ten-Pin Quad bowling leagues; and a member of Rose Buds Bowling
League and Strathmoor Presbyterian Church.  Survivors: a son, Robert
A. Hayden; a nephew, Mike Tracy, who cared for her; six grandchildren;
and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Highlands,
3331 Taylorsville Road. Entombment: Resthaven Memorial. Visitation:
3-9 p.m. Monday. Memorial gifts: American Heart Association or American
Cancer Society.
