LAKE Lucinda Carroll-Lake was born January 1923 in Cedartown, Ga. She was
the fifth of ten children born to the late Nineveh and Eula Bell (Roberts)
Carroll. A total of 37 children were born to her nine siblings all of
whom she reached out to, stayed in touch with and played a significant
role in all of their lives and their children.  Lucinda was called
home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 1, 2009. She leaves to
cherish her memory her beloved husband, Rev. George A. Lake; four sons,
Michael J. Lake, Nathaniel D. Lake, Phillip A.  Lake, Michael Sean Lake;
one daughter, Georgetta (Kenneth) Grant; nine grandchildren, 15 great-
grandchildren, one great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Eileen Vinson;
special cousin, Hattie Harshaw; and and a host of nieces, nephews,
family and friends. Funeral service Tuesday 10 a.m., The Word Church,
115 Wilson Ave., Pastor E.T. Parker, officiating, where the family will
receive friends 9 a.m. until the time of service. Arrangements entrusted
to CALIMAN FUNERAL SERVICES.  Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estates.
