Marcia E 'Marty' Williams

While surrounded in love by her five daughters, our beloved mother went
to rest in the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on May 29.

Born Oct. 30, 1943, daughter of the late Emory Robbins and Dorothy
Springman, who currently resides at Sycamore Manor.  She was married to
the love of her life, the late Richard E. Williams, for man happy years.
Our mother and gram had a feisty spirit which matched her beautiful,
fiery red hair.  She touched our family's lives with her fun antics,
which kept all who knew her on their toes.  You never knew what may
be next, which resulted in wonderful memories and loads of laughter!
She was a huge Elvis fan all her life with an ongoing collection that
brought her such joy.  She enjoyed antiques, auctions, yard sales and
little treasures she seemed to creatively find, which is clearly seen by
her displays throughout her home, which brought her warmth and comfort.
Mom was an avid animal lover and adored her two dogs, which were her
companions, Cody and Bear.  Her love of flowers and gardening was on
display in the yard for all to enjoy, and we did.

Mom attended Montoursville schools and later obtained her credentials
as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the former Williamsport Area Community
College.  Her career was diverse as she worked at Williamsport Hospital,
Park Home, and private duty.

Mom was proud of her five daughters and was quick to tell anyone
about us if she had the chance.  She is survived by Shelley Kerwell,
of Williamsport; Stacey (Tony) Dickenson of Boonville, Ind.; Teresa
(Earl) Rhone, of Williamsport, who was mom's best friend; Carla Rhone, of
Jersey Shore; and Cindy (Kevin) Bubb, of Pittsburgh.  She leaves a legacy
of 14 grandchildren that will miss her greatly.  She has two sisters,
the late Karol Gowing of Montoursville, and her sister Beverly Drick,
who resides in Linden.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 3, 2013, 9 to 11 a.m., at James C.
Maneval Funeral Home.  Burial will be held immediately following at
Montoursville Cemetery.
