Margaret M. 'Peg' Lake HACKETTSTOWN Margaret M. "Peg" Lake, 77, of
Hackettstown, NJ, passed away at her home on Friday, Dec. 1, 2017. Born
in Norfolk, VA, Peg was the daughter of the late Clarence W. and Pearl
L. Savercool McConnell. Mrs. Lake was a lifelong resident of Hackettstown
and a graduate of Hackettstown High School, Class of 1959. She was a
loving homemaker who raised two children: a daughter, Christine Kolbusch
of Hackettstown, and a son, Edward H. Lake Jr., also of Hackettstown. Her
beloved husband, Edward H. Lake Sr., resides in Hackettstown. Peg is also
survived by two sisters, Irene Lance of Tucson, AZ, and Helen Miller
of Hackettstown. She adored her two granddaughters, Katelyn and Meghan
Kolbusch. Friends and family are invited to a 10 a.m. graveside service on
Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017, at the Hackettstown Union Cemetery, Hackettstown,
