She was a member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church and Order of the Eastern Star, Knoxville Chapter ##69. Retired as a legal secretary for the law firm of Robert H. Leonard for 52 years. Preceded in death by loving husband of 53 years, Theo Richardson, March 4, 1998; parents, Harrison and Gracie Lakin. She is survived by special nieces, Kathy Richardson Hembree and husband, Dr. Douglas K. Hembree, Cynthia Richardson Wishart; sister-in-law, Billie Richardson of Knoxville, Tennessee; brother-in-law, Dr. Helmut Hofmann of Salt Lake City, Utah; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews; special friends, Fred S. Winkle, Philip A. Winkle, Gladys York, Norma Ellis and Rebecca Duncan McConkey. Family and friends will meet on Tuesday at Woodlawn Cemetery for a graveside service, time to be announced later.
