Marian (Spies) Lake

LAKE - Marian (Spies) Lake left this world on July 9, 2003. Marian
was born in Avon By The Sea, NJ in 1927 to Emmett and Elizabeth
Spies. Surviving are her children, Barbara (John) Latva, Joan (Joe)
Pizak, Linda (Robert Jr.)  Burgess, Patricia (Kenneth) Woodhull,
Eugene A. Lake Jr., Elizabeth (Todd) Guiles; nine grandchildren and one
great-granddaughter; her sister, Anne Henderson of Belmar, NJ; her best
friend, Linda Prindle; several nieces and nephews and many friends. In
lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Grand Rapids Veterans Home
at 3300 Monroe NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.  Visitation with the family
will be Friday, July 18, 2003 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at Memorial
Alternatives at 2432 Fuller NE, (616) 363-3700. A private family memorial
will be scheduled at a later date.
