         1942 - 2002 

WILTON - Marie A. (Lake) Butler, 60, a resident of Wilton died on Friday
June 7, 2002 at Glens Falls Hospital. She was born on March 20, 1942 and
was the daughter of Dwight and Olive Lake.  In her childhood she grew up
on Equinox Mt. located in Manchester, VT. She enjoyed raising horses and
her dogs. Mrs. Butler was the President of the local lodge 461, Woodmen of
the World. Survivors include her husband, Richard E.  Butler of Wilton;
one brother, Donald Lake of Springfield, MA; a niece, Barbara Lake of
West Springfield, MA; one aunt and Uncle, Babe and Alice Lake of Port
Charlotte, FL; and a cousin, Linda Irwin of Port Charlotte, FL. Fu-
neral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
