MARJORIE L. LAKE

SPANAWAY - Marjorie L. Santee Lake died May 15, 1999. She was 74.

Mrs. Santee served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. She was an Eagle 
member for 25 years. She and her late husband, Don Santee, built and ran the 
D&M Drive-In in Ocean Park, now known as BJ Squidley's. Her husband Richard 
Lake died three years ago in 1996.

Surviving are her children Gregg Santee of Tacoma, Deby Emery of Portland and 
Kimberly Jo Raether of Tacoma; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild and 
another great-grandchild on the way.

At Mrs. Lake's request, there will be no funeral. In lieu of flowers or 
donations, memorials can be sent to St. Joseph' s Hospital, Outpatient Renal 
Dialysis Unit, Tacoma, Wash.
