     MARK WILLOUGHBY
     
     Mark Dana Willoughby, 37, 3080 Dotsonville Road, died Friday, Oct.
     1, 1999, at Gateway Medical Center.
     
     The funeral will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Hilldale Baptist Church
     with the Revs. Max Holt and Verlon W. More officiating. Entombment
     will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
     
     Visitation will be today from 5 to 9 p.m. at Sykes Funeral Home and
     Sunday at 1 p.m. until the hour of service at the church.
     
     He was born Feb. 20, 1962, in Davidson County, son of Elmer
     Willoughby and Leona Abbott Lake.
     
     Mr. Willoughby was employed by Tennessee Department of
     Transportation and was a member of Hilldale Baptist Church and
     S.P.L.A.S.H.
     
     In addition to his mother of Clarksville, survivors include a
     stepfather, William Lake; a brother, Robert Willoughby,
     Clarksville; a stepbrother, Mark Lake, Kentucky; and two
     stepsisters, Donna Nasworthy, North Carolina, and Pamela Cavin,
     Clarksville.
     
     Pallbearers will be members of Singles Ministry.
     
     Memorial contributions may be made to the building fund of Hilldale
     Baptist Church.
