MILTON - Martha Marie Lake, 72, of 743 Mahoning St., and formerly of
Laurelton, entered eternal rest at 2:48 p.m. Friday, June 6, 2007,
at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.
  She was born June 11, 1935, in Wayne County, a daughter of the late
Arthur and Florence (Hall) Lake.
  Martha was a guest at the former Laurelton State Village, where she
assisted with the laundry and worked in the fields.
  She enjoyed participating in the various activities offered at Kramm's
including the baking, sewing, and the choir program.
  Martha is the last of her immediate family.
  She was preceded in death by two sisters, Edna Lake and Theodora May
"Teddy" Lake.
  A graveside service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the New
Laurelton Cemetery, Laurelton, with the Rev. Ralph T. Unroe, officiating.
  Arrangements are entrusted to Schwartz-Adamo Funeral and Cremation
Services, 247 Chestnut St., Mifflinburg.
