LAKE, Mary A. - Passed peacefully away at St. Clare`s Mercy Hospital
on March 3, 2002, Mary A. Lake, aged 86 years. Predeceased by her
husband Clayton in 1987. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving
memories, her daughters: Rita Mallard (Edward) and Grace Noel
(Stanley); five grandchildren: Stephen Mallard (Cheryl), Caroline
Bullen (David), Katherine Hill (Roger), Stanley and Phillip Noel; five
great-grandchildren: Victoria, Rebecca and Susan Mallard and Sarah and
Aaron Hill; one sister Dorothy Engram; one brother-in-law Ben Lake;
nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett`s
Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue from 7-9 p.m. on Monday and from
2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday. Funeral service 2 p.m.  on Wednesday,
March 6, 2002 from George Street United Church. Interment to follow
in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations
in her memory may be made to George Street United Church.
