Mary Jane Lake

MEDINA - Mary Jane Lake, court deputy for Orleans County Court for more
than 20 years, died Monday (Jan. 4, 1999) in the Medina Memorial Health
Care System.  She was 67.

A lifelong resident of Medina, the former Miss Castricone was a 1948
graduate of Medina High School.  She married Howard W. Lake on Sept. 30,
1950.

Besides her husband, she is survived by a son, Howard A.; a daughter,
Karen Maynard; two sisters, Carmella Kujawa of Rochester and Angeline
Boyce; a brother, Vincent Castricone; and a grandson.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 a.m. Thursday in St.
Mary's Church, West Avenue and Eagle streets, preceded by prayers at
10:30 in Cooper Funeral Home, 215 W. Center St.

Entombment will be in a family mausoleum.
