Tampa Tribune; Tampa FL; 2009-9-6 LAKE, Mary Louise "Grandmother," 101. Tampa lost its version of the "Unsinkable Molly Brown" September 4, 2009. A proud Florida cracker, she left her mark on the lucky ones who felt her ever-positive outlook and love of happiness. Known for exaggeration, silly stories and playing ragtime on the piano, she devoted her life to family and friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved Jimmy. Survivors include her daughter, Mary A. Jackson and husband, Eugene; son, James "Buddy" Lake; two granddaughters, Rhonda Smith and Natalie Vlahov; great-granddaughter, Krista; and great-great-granddaughter, Lyla. A graveside service will take place 4 p.m. Tuesday, September 8, 2009, in Hillsboro Memorial Gardens, 2323 W. Brandon Blvd. The family will receive friends 2:30-3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home
