Marylee Lake
Marylee (Berry) Lake died Nov. 2, 2010, at her residence in Arlington,
Va.  She was born March 11, 1919 in Emmett, Idaho, to Albert and Helen
(Bartsch) Berry.  She graduated from Kensington High School and Kansas
State University. She married Gerald Lake June 9, 1940. They had 69
years together. Col. Lake was in the U.S. Army. They were members
of the Arlington Forest United Methodist Church.  Marylee worked 20
years for the Arlington School System. Her main interests were her
family and friends.  Survivors include three sons Jerry, Don and Barry
Lake; three grandchildren, Aaron Lake, Kristy Cooper and Jason Lake;
three great-grandchildren; a brother, James Berry; and a sister, Pat
Willmeth.  Graveside services will be held at the Jewell Cemetery at 10
a.m. Saturday.  Kleppinger Funeral Home, is handling arrangements.
