LeRoy (KS) -- Matthew P LAKE, 89, LeRoy, died Friday, Sept 5, 2003, at
Coffey County Hospital in Burlington (KS).  He was born Sept 25, 1913,
in the Sunnyside community northwest of Leroy, the son of Martin and
Bertha REINHARDT LAKE.  He was a lifelong resident of Coffey County.

Services will be at 3pm Wednesday at First Christian Church in Leroy.
Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30pm tuesday at the church.  Memorials are
to the American Diabetes Association or Alzheimer's Association and may
be sent in care of Van Arsdale Funeral Home, PO Box 8, Leroy KS 66857.
