Mrs. Melissa Robins
Mrs. Melissa Robins died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bertha Harkins
of No. 87 Longs avenue, last evening at the age of 76 years, after a
lingering illness.  She had lived in Tonawanda for 36 years, having
come here from Canada.  She is survived by two sons, Benjamin Robins of
Tonawanda and Melvin Robins of Buffalo; three daughters, Mrs. Selkirk
Robins, Mrs. Bertha Hawkins and Mrs. John J. Miller, all of Tonawanda,
16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.  The funeral will be held at
No. 87 Longs avenue Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.  Rev. Frederick
Mittlefehldt will officiate.  Interment will be made at Elmlawn.
