Former State Senator Dies in California
Manhattan Beach, Calif. (UP) - Funeral services will be conducted here
Saturday for former New York State Senator Michael J. Kernan, who died at
his home here Tuesday at the age of 69.  Kernan, formerly of Utica, was
state senator for Oneida County in 1933-34.  He is a retired stock broker.
Survivors include his widow, two daughters and a son.
