MILDRED REED LAKE YOUNG 
Was born July 15, 1932, in Ripley, TN. She departed this life Saturday,
April 19, 2003, at Gary Methodist Hospital. Preceded in death by both
parents. Survivors: two brothers, twin brother, Rev. Milton Sr. (Maxine)
Reed of East Chicago, IN, and Rev. Marvin Jr. (Margaret) of Gary,
IN; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation
will be the same day as service, Thursday, April 24, 2003, from 10
a.m. to 11 a.m. with funeral services immediately following at the New
Providence Baptist Church, 640 East 45th Ave. Rev. Marvin Read, Jr.,
officiating. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery. Professional services rendered
