Mineva G. "Buddy" Robbins, 95, of Greene, went to be with the Lord
on Thursday, May 5, 2016. She was predeceased by her husband, Clifford
Robbins; son, Roger Dunham Robbins, sister, Audrey Dunham; son-in-law, Ken
Wood and parents, Minnie (Vroman) and Glenn Slack Dunham. She is survived
by daughter, Carol Wood, Rochester; grandson, Nathan and Deborah Wood,
Marcellus; granddaughter, Melanie and Brian Rellinger, Colombus, OH;
4 great-grandchildren, Leah and Bryce Wood, Evan and Elise Rellinger;
2 sisters, Wilma Young, Lancaster, CA, Shirley Crandall, N. Norwich, NY;
many nieces, nephews and friends including, Beverly and Keith Sabin. Buddy
was the oldest living member of First United Methodist Church, Greene. She
retired from Greene Central School in 1976. Buddy was an active member
of Greene ABC Group. Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Monday at Root
Funeral Home. Rev. Amy Gregory will officiate. Friends of the family may
call Monday 12:00 to 2:00pm at Root Funeral Home 23 North Chenango Street,
Greene, New York 13778. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may
be made to First United Methodist Church, Greene or to charity of one's
