LAKE, Myrtle Evelyn

Passed away peacefully at Sharbot Lake Seniors' Residence on Thursday,
August 26, 2004 in her 94th year.  She is predeceased by her husband,
Percy.  Dear mother of Don (Natalie), Sudbury, Norman (Nickie),
Amherstview, Alvin (Dianne) Sharbot Lake, Peter (Betty), Sharbot Lake.
Loving grandmother of 10 grandchilren and great-grandmother of 12.
Resting at Goodfellow's Funeral Home, Parham.  Friends will be received
Sunday from 7-9 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral
Home on Monday, August 30 at 11 a.m.  Pastor Ron Clarke officiating.
Interment Oconto Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian
Cancer Society of the Hearty & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated
by the family.



ADDED NOTE - Sharbot Lake & Parham are north of Kingston.  Amherstview is
just west of Kingston.
