Middletown Journal; Middletown OH; 2009-5-28 LAKE, Nathan F. age 28, of Hamilton, Ohio, died suddenly Wednesday, May 27, 2009 in Hamilton, as the result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Born May 18, 1981 in Indianapolis, Indiana, he is the son of Francis & Joyce (Streit) Lake of Cedar Grove, Indiana. On May 29, 2004 he was united in marriage to the former Jessica McVey, and she survives. Nathan had been employed at Rumpke Inc. for nearly five years as a driver. He was a graduate of Franklin County High School in Brookville, with the class of 2000, and had also received an A.A.S. degree from Cincinnati State College in 2003. While in high school, he was active in the Future Farmers of America, Football, Wrestling, and was a 10 year member of 4-H. He has attended the Darrtown Baptist Church. Besides Jessica, his wife of nearly 5 years, survivors include a daughter, Kelsi Marie Lake, and a son Liam Preston Lake, both at home; a brother & sister-in-law, Matthew & Carmen Lake of Latonia, Kentucky; and his parents, Francis & Joyce Lake of Cedar Grove, Indiana. Family & friends may visit from 3 till 6:00 P.M. on Sunday, May 31, 2009 at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home, 1025 Franklin Avenue, Brookville, Indiana. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Monday, June 1, 2009, at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home in Brookville, with burial following in Holy Guardian Angels Catholic Cemetery in Cedar Grove, Indiana.
