In Memory Of "Nathaniel Moroni Lake", born 3/8/00-died 3/11/00.
WILL LIVE FOREVER IN THE CRADLE OF OUR ETERNAL FATHERS ARMS.
Nathaniel was born March 8, 2000 in Salt Lake City, and passed away from
complications of Trisomy 9. My Second Son: He told me he was comin- He told
me what was wrong- We knew that at his comin- We knew that he'd be gone- We
loved him cause we knew him- He was my second son- Now his battle's over- We
know that he has won- TIL WE MEET AGAIN MY BELOVED SON".
Nathaniel is survived by his parents, Greg and Krisit Lake; sisters,
Stephanie, Joslyn, Hannah and Eliza; brother, Joshua; grandparents, Art and
Elizabeth Lake; Lanny and Caroline Frampton.
Nathaniel is preceded in death by cousins, Alex Malm and Ellie Delgado.
A special thanks to all of our friends and family for all the love and
support given in our time of need.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 18, 2000 12 noon at Valley
View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South.
Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
