Noreen Jacob Frey, 75, died on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at her home of
natural causes.

Born and raised in Yonkers, Noreen moved to Fishkill in 1964 where she
and her husband, Carl raised four children. She graduated from the Cochran
School of Nursing and worked as a Registered Nurse until her retirement.

An active member of the community and St. Mary's Parish in Fishkill,
Noreen was an original member of St. Mary's Players, a member of several
community bridge groups, and continued her love of singing as a member
of the choir until her death.

Noreen was predeceased by her parents, Samuel and Margaret Jacob,
and her brother, David. She was also predeceased by her husband, Carl;
her son, Larry; and her grandson, Michael Reitemeyer. She is survived
by her daughters, Debbi Reitemeyer, Janet Giannetta, and Suzanne Bove,
along with their husbands and eight grandchildren. She is additionally
survived by her partner, Warren Taveniere, at home; as well as her
sisters, Lynn Waldron and Ginny Freely; and many beloved nieces and
nephews. She was truly dedicated to her family, church and community.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the McHoul
Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian
Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary, Mother of
the Church, 106 Jackson Street, Fishkill. Burial will be private.
