Norman worked with Dresser Mineral in Walton, Hants Co., for a number of years, he then worked for Fundy Gypsum from where he retired after many years of service. He is survived by his wife, the former Catherine (Sanford) (Bowman) Lake; daughter, Donna Hartt, Windsor; stepdaughter, Wanda Bowman, Kentville; stepsons, Sheldon Bowman and wife Rosemary, Windsor; Martin Bowman, British Columbia; Blake Bowman and wife Nancy, Windsor; sisters, Mildred Tucker, Bramber; Grace Lake, Windsor; grandson, Mark Hartt, Dartmouth; several step-grandchildren and several nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife, the former Mary Sanford; brother, Stafford Lake; stepson, Delbert Caldwell. There will be no visitation by request. Cremation has taken place.
