Pacquilla Sampson

Pacquilla Lake Sampson, 41, of 112 Lupo Drive, died Friday, Nov. 21,
2003 at Self Regional Medical Center.  Born in Greenwood, she was
a daughter of James and Ella Watts Lake.  She was a member of Mount
Moriah Baptist Church and a 1979 graduate of Greenwood High School.
Survivors include her parents of the home; a brother, James Lake Jr.
of the home; a nephew reared in the home, Omar Curry; and grandparents,
Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Williams of Greenwood.  The family is at the home
of her parents, 525 Taggart St.  Services will be announced by Parks
Funeral Home.

Pacquilla Sampson

Services for Pacquilla Lake Sampson are 12 p.m. Monday at Mount Moriah
Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Raymond Adams, assisted by the
Revs. C. Nix and Lahoma Mosley. The body will be placed in the church
at 11 a.m. Burial is in Evening Star Memorial Gardens.  Pallbearers are
Desimond Curry, James Lake Jr., Morris Stewart, Stanley Carroll, Ronnie
Puckett and Kenneth Puckett.  Flower bearers are nieces and cousins.
Honorary escort is the Greenwood High Class of 1979.  The family is at
the home of her parents, 525 Taggart St.  Parks Funeral Home is in charge.
