NEWARK: A memorial service to celebrate the life of Pamela Sue Smith
will be held 3:00 P.M. Sunday, March 3, 2013 at Newark Brethren Church,
32 N. 26th Street, Newark.

Mrs. Smith, age 56, passed away at her home on Monday, February 25,
2013. She was born April 1, 1956 in Newark, Ohio to her parents the
late John and Helen Lake. She was a 1975 graduate of Newark High School.
Pam is survived by her husband of 13 years, Don Smith; children Bernice
McGarvey of Newark, Kathleen (Michael) Yarnelli of Fallsburg, Michael
Young, Wesley Young and Jessica (Lathe) Landram of Newark; step-children
Melissa (A.J.) McLaughlin of Newark, Billie Sue (Nacho) Martinez of
Newark and Donald Lee Smith of Newark; 20 grandchildren and one great
grandchild; brothers and sisters Bobby (Linda) Beck of Newark, Lorna
(Sam Clark) Lake of Newark, Janet (Norman) Holmes of Newark and Rodney
(Keiko) Lake of Japan as well as many nieces and nephews. She will be
missed by family and her many friends.
