PANSY E MULNIX
October 28, 1917 - May 23, 2001
    Pansy E Mulnix passed away of natural causes Wednesday May 23, 2001 at St.
Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction. She was 83 years old.
    Pansy was the daughter of Earl and Clara Lake of Glenwood Springs, CO., born on
October 28, 1917 in Glenwood and was one of four children all now deceased.
    Pansy spent her childhood growing up in Glenwood where she met and married
Harold Mulnix on July 2, 1938. The next 35 years up until Harold's retirement in
1973. was spent raising her two daughters, working and tending to the needs of her
grandchildren,.
    Then in March of 1973 both Pansy and Harold embarked upon a new adventure that
found them spending the next twenty years wintering in Arizona, fishing in the Gulf
of Mexico and refining their many crafting talents and most of all  sharing their
love for one another until his death in 1998.
    She is survived by two daughters; Sandra (Russell) Adams and Judy (Dennis)
DeRose both of Grand Junction, six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one
great grand son.
    Cremation has taken place, a memorial service will be held at Callahan- Edfast
Mortuary on Saturday May 26, at 11:30 a.m., with Rev. John Foreman officiating.
