PASADENA, Texas - Patricia A. Lake, 60, of Pasadena, Tex., formerly of
Indiana, died February 23, 2004, in Pasadena, Texas.

Ms. Lake is survived by her daughter Annette Shafer and husband, Glenn, of
Deer Park, Texas; sister, Toni Bruhy; niece, Michelle Alcorn and husband,
Brock; two nephews, Michael Bruhy and Martin Bruhy, all of Bedford.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 4, at
Fayetteville Baptist Church, 5485 State Road 158, Bedford.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Lung
Association, or South Avenue Baptist Church, 605 Preston, Pasadena,
TX 77503.
