Providence Journal; Providence RI; 2010-9-5 LAKE, PATRICIA ANN (HACKETT), 73, died Thursday, September 2, 2010 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. She was the beloved wife of William H. Lake. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Catherine G. (McGuinness) Hackett and sister of Katherine G. Hackett and the late Thomas Hackett. A graduate of St.Mary's Academy of the Visitation, she retired from New England Telephone in 1991 and worked as an Administrative Assistant for Capital Healthcare in 2000 and 2001. She was the devoted mother of eight children: William and his wife, Paula; Thomas and his wife Laurie, Edward (Ted) and his wife Sherry, Robert and his wife Paula, Mary James and her late husband Randall, Patricia Kell and her husband Robert, Kathryn Alvarez and her husband James, and Lynne Wolfmeier and her husband Chad. She was the loving grandmother of 23 grandchildren: Nate, Ted, Kathy, Kara, Katie, Jack, Nick, Amanda, Jim, Kevin, Cody, Casy, Calli-Ann, Cammi-Jean, Austin, Lauren, Shannon, Jillian, Chloe, Oliver, Grace, William and the late Michael Andrew. She was a member of Verizon Pioneers and a communicant of Sts. John and Paul Parish in Coventry. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, at 8:30 a.m. from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, (Route 117), Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Sts. John and Paul Church, 341 South Main Street, Coventry. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich.
