NEW AD - Deaths (11/07/02)
LAKE, Patricia (nee Fredricks/Surgent) At home, with her loving family,
at the age of 68 on November 6, 2002. Beloved wife of Robert. Loving
mother of Carol Appleyard and husband Robert, Bill Surgent and wife Liz,
Marilyn Uchanski and husband Chris, Patricia Berthiaume, David Surgent
and wife Jan, Barb Damsgard and husband the late Ben (1994) and of Ken
Surgent. Dear stepmother of Kester Lake and wife Debbie, Tanya Thurston
and husband Glen, Rod Lake and wife Sue and of Jack Lake. Special
grandmother of 22 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Dear sister
of John "Jack" Frederick and wife Madeline and sister-in-law to Shirley
Rowe and Kay Frederick. Friends will be received at The Morris Sutton
Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, (254-8633) 68 Giles Blvd. E. Friday,
November 8, 2002 from 2-4 and 6-7 p.m. Funeral Service from the Chapel
at 7 p.m. Cremation to follow with interment at a later date. In lieu
of flowers, the family asks donations to be made to the Canadian Cancer
Society. A tree will be planted in memory of Patricia Lake, in the
Janisse, Marcotte, Melady, Sutton, Morris Sutton, Heritage Forest. A
dedication service will be held September 28, 2003. All are welcome.
