LAKE, Phyllis Ann, 74, of Holiday, Fla., died Tuesday, March 20, 2007,
at home in Holiday, under the care of Hernardo-Pasco Hospice.

She was born in Brookfield, Ill., and moved here from Glenview, Ill.,
in 1987.

She was a homemaker, a member of Living Word Church, New Port Richey,
Fla., and a member of Lake Connolly Civic Association, Holiday  FL.

She is survived by her sons, Steven A. Lake and David J. Lake, both of
Glenview, Ill.; and Daniel R. (Linda) Lake of Holiday FL; her grandson,
Jonathan Lake of Glenview; her granddaughter, Jennifer Lake of Glenview;
her grandson, Jason Lake of Glenview and her granddaughter, Tiffanie
Lake of Glenview.

A memorial service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, at Living Word
Church, New Port Richey. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to
