PHYLLIS C. GARRISON
June 18, 1926 - March 31, 2013
Town of Newburgh, NY

Phyllis C. Garrison, beloved mother and friend, went Home to be with her
Lord on Resurrection Sunday, March 31, 2013, at her home in the Town of
Newburgh, NY, at the age of 86.

The daughter of the late Lindsay and Mildred Frost Clarke, Phyllis was
born June 18, 1926 in Cooper, ME.

Phyllis was a charter member of the People's Regular Baptist Church in
Maybrook and attended Leptondale Bible Church.

She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Howard E. Garrison,
with whom she founded two businesses, including Garrison Decorator
Services. She was also predeceased by her sisters: Melva Keen and
Irene Adams.

Survivors include her daughters: Joan G. Emery (wife of Dr. E. Paul
Emery) of Calais, ME, and Victoria J. Garrison, of the Town of Newburgh;
her grandchildren: Nathan A. Emery (husband of Natsuyo Emery) of Japan,
Vance P. Emery of Calais, ME, and Joanna V. Emery of Yorktown, VA;
and great-grandchildren,:Mia Emery, Christian Emery, and Grace Emery.

Visitation for family and friends will take place Wednesday, April
3rd, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at the Leptondale Bible Church, 1771 Rt. 300,
Newburgh. Funeral service will commence at 5 p.m. Cremation will take
place, Thursday, April 4th at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Burial of Ashes will
take place at a time convenient to the family.
