LAKE Phyllis Lake, 64, of Grove City, passed away June 28, 2006. She
was preceded in death by her parents Ivan and Melba Sammons. Phyllis
is survived by her loving husband, Frank; daughters, Teresa (Jon) Hull,
Barbara Stone, Paula (Wally) Ryzner; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson;
sister, Judy (Bill) Sharp; 1 niece and 1 nephew. Phyllis loved spending
time with her family especially her grandchildren. Funeral service
will be held 6 p.m. Saturday, July 1, 2006 at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME,
SOUTHWEST CHAPEL, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Visitation will be
