Polly Ann Burlington

April 9, 1940 - March 2, 2003

SALEM - Polly Ann Burlington, 62, of Salem died at 8:25 a.m. Sunday at
Washington County Memorial Hospital in Salem.

She was a retired employee of Kimball Office Furniture Co., Salem
Division, retiring in 1995, and a former employee of the old Smith
Cabinet Manufacturing Co. of Salem.

Survivors include three sons: Ron Burlington of Rocky Mount, Va.,
Don Burlington of Salem and John Burlington of Campbellsburg; one
daughter, Loretta Burlington of Rocky Mount, Va.; one sister, Wanda
Allen of Thornhill, Tenn.; one brother, Charles Lakins of DePauw; and
ten grandchildren.

Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Dawalt Funeral Home
in Salem. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery in Salem. Friends may
call at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until
the service on Wednesday.
