The Press of Atlantic City; Atlantic City NJ; 2001-1-26 Friday, January 26, 2001 LAKE, JR., C. RICHARD, 51, of Dennisville, died Tuesday at his home. Born in Sunbury, PA, he has been a 20 year resident of the Cape Atlantic area. A graduate of the Shikellamy High School class of 1967, Mr. Lake attended Penn State University for two years and was drafted in 1971 and served until 1976. He then transferred to William and Mary College where he completed studies to earn his Bachelors in Accounting. After school he was employed as a CPA for 4 years in Virginia before moving to this area to serve as comptroller for Stone Harbor Marina and later to serve as President of Cape Island Marina. In 1988 Mr. Lake formed Integrity Marine of Margate where he served as President and CEO of the company. An avid fisherman, he was a member of both the Ocean City and Cape May Marlin and Tuna Club as well as being a member of the Margate Chamber of Commerce and the Marine Trades Association of NJ. Preceded in death by his mother Theresa Laielli Lake, he is survived by his wife of 15 years Patricia (Nee: Palmer); his two daughters Nicole Alicia and Ashley Noel, his father Calvin R., Sr., of Northumberland, PA; two sisters Theresa Engleman of Milton, PA., and Margaret Metzger of Mifflinburg, PA and six nieces and nephews. Relatives and Friends are invited to his services on Saturday at 11 am in the Seaville United Methodist Church 3100 Shore Road/Route 9 Seaville. Interment will be private. Family request donations in his memory to either the Seaville United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society Chapter of your choice. Services are entrusted to the Krause and Dinan Funeral Home of Ocean View.
