     Robert H. Lake, 66, Fortuna, died Saturday, July 29, 2000, at
Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital, Columbia.
     He was born Sept. 14, 1933, in Aurora Springs, son of Clarence
and Ellen Sidebottom Lake.
     He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
     Survivors include: two sisters, Thelma Louise Hiller, Versailles,
and Ruby Cornell, Raymore; and one brother, Edward Lake, Mineral
Springs, AR.
     No services are planned. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, near
Rocky Mount.
