Published in the Knoxville News Sentinel on 7/3/2007. Knoxville TN KISHBAUGH, ROBERT WALTER SCOTT (BOB) - died Sunday, July 1, 2007 at Park West Hospital. Bob was born on June 16, 1927, in Iroquois Falls, Ontario, Canada, the son of Walter and Molly Kishbaugh. He was a graduate of Forest Hill High School in Toronto, Canada, and received a degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario, where he was a member of the Zeta Psi Fraternity. He married Dorothy Jean Lillico on December 27, 1947. Bob joined Abitibi Power and Paper Company after college, and spent his entire career with the company. He was transferred to Dayton, Ohio, in 1954 and later to the Chicago, Illinois office, where he retired in 1990, after 38 years of service. He spent 10 years in Bonita Springs, Florida, before settling in Knoxville in 2005. Bob enjoyed travel and cultivated close friendships throughout the world. Bob was a train enthusiast and a life-long member of both the Canadian and American Numismatic Associations. Bob is survived by: his wife of 59 years, Dodie; his four children, Janice Walls, (Dayton,Ohio), Scott Kishbaugh, (San Ramon, California), Mark Kishbaugh, (Chicago, Illinois), and Greg Kishbaugh and wife, Donna, (Westfield, Indiana); four grandchildren, Doug and Molly Walls and Dagan and Bronwyn Kishbaugh; one great-grandson, Conner Walls; and his brother, Brian and wife, Judy of Ontario, Canada. In accordance with his wishes, there will be no funeral. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Cremation and inurnment were provided by Sherwood Chapel and Memorial Gardens, Alcoa, Tennessee.
