LAKE
    Ross Lake, 73, Olean, died Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2001, at St. Marys
Health Center, Jefferson City.
    He was born May 25, 1928, in Barnett, son of Elmer H. and Anna
Belle Wells Lake. He was married Dec. 24, 1952, in Olean, to Martha
Crum, who preceded him in death on Sept. 23, 1994.
    A lifelong resident of Olean and Eldon, he operated a dairy farm,
retiring in 1989. He was an Army veteran.
    Survivors include: one son, Robert Lake, Eugene; one brother,
Wilmer lake, Versailles; one sister, Mildred Queen, Seattle; and three
grandchildren.
    Services were held Saturday at Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon, with
Don Renken officiating. Burial was in Olean Cemetery.
    Arranges were under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon.
    Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
