LAKE - Sam Sidney Lake, aged 88, formerly of Grand Rapids and Chicago, IL.
Husband for 62 years of Clarabelle Nee Fixman.  Father of Carol (Alan) Greene
and the late Richard Allen Lake.  Grandfather of Richard Allen (Fiance, Megan
Hodges) Greene and Daniel (fiance, Lisa Meyerowitz) Greene.  Son of the late
Hyman and Anna Lake.  Brother of the later Jack Lake, Sally Coopersmith,
Lillian Myers and Gussie Silver.  Graveside Service 2 pm, Wednesday, February
3, 1999, at Shalom Memorial Park Cemetery, Rand Road at Route 53, Palatine
(IL).  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Council
